I haven't seen any credits or names, but to me the Kingslayer sounds like Azar Javed from the first game. It sounds like the same voice actor trying to do a little bit different accent.

It is further down on your main map. You will need to scroll down on the map to see it.

1D or 1W means 1 six sided dice, or one everyday normal dice used in most board games or in craps. If you roll a dice, you can get any number between 1 and 6, and the average is 3.5.

Your first example (1W+7 with Strength 18) means that it rolls a dice and adds 7 to the number. Since you can roll ...

The D and W mean the same thing (1D6). When they did the English translation, they made the translation from the German W to a D for English, but they only did it on the first one.

1 D6 is an average of 3.5, but could do anywhere from 1 - 6 damage. Your top weapon would do an average damage of 10.5 ...

Things you might try:

Run Checkdisk on your drive to see if it's actual file system corruption, and possibly windows can fix it.

I've only gotten it by pickpocketing. I do know that you can talk her out of it if you have a high enough talent prowess in some of the social skills. If you have Dranor or Rhulana in your party, they might be able to do it if you don't have the necessary skills.
