He plays on xbox so unfortunately he has no console.
I had a similar problem once where Summitmist manor would crash everytime I walked in. The only solution was to reload a previous savegame and try again, until I found one where the problem was gone.

uesp says you have to activate it:
The seal for the letter is on top of the desk (just activate it to proceed), although it can be knocked off and be somewhat tricky to find.

It helps you persuade people via horribly easy mini game. The more speechcraft the easier the mini-game is. After some point even facerolling the keyboard will make people love you.
That's so true
I mainly choose speechcraft because I never use it and so I can have more control of my ...

I almost finished the game but I can't imagine the horror of playing it on nightmare. I played on hard and it was pretty doable but some parts are just plain impossible:
- The revenant in the mage tower. All my rogue does is miss, miss, miss. Completely impossible, I think i was level 12 or so.
- A ...

Yeah, I just installed some graphical mods, don't like game changing mods. But thanks for the suggestions, I will keep both expansions enabled when I start.

MW first playthrough: disable expansions?

Using the instructions I found at morrowind2009.wordpress.com I managed to install MW GOTY and around ten mods too make it look better.

This is the first time I'm going to play MW so I haven't seen the island or anything yet. Should I disable the Bloodmoon and Tribunal expansions for a better ...

I think enemies explode is the most expensive (other than custom spells), see here:
Oblivion:Spells - UESPWiki

842 base cost:
Fire Damage 5pts in 10ft for 5sec on Target
Fire Damage 70pts in 20ft for 1sec on Target

Thanks for the link, although I don't install game changing mods

Agree
But my level 73 char can be a show off to my friends who play OB, because he has such a clean & high stat, no jail, no green stat
In my experience, everyone who see my char level always asks: "How can you go that high without going to jail?"
I also saw a trick on youtube where you have to ...

Don't think so a dread zombie's health is fixed to 340 according to uesp.net. So a powerful fire spell will still kill them.

Strategy guide for 100% difficulty

I'm working on a good strategy for completing the game on 100% difficulty (not from the start though). So far I've found the game becomes to hard with:
- Non-enchanted gear
- No damage or spell reflection/absorption

But the game becomes too easy with:
- 100% Chameleon
- 100% dmg reflect + 100 ...

for your characters class, thats a good set of major skills. but you will want to have stealth as a major skill for early on in the game because apprentice level of stealth gives your sneak melee attacks a x6 bonus. mix that with an apprentice level blade skill and also make the class attributes ...

If you put +3 or more in endurance every level up you don't really notice the leveling problem (for combat oriented chars). As long as you are willing to get the mage's recommendations and be able to enchant your gear spending thousands of gold. It feels really good to build your own class, level ...

When you play combat you can choose your majors as your most used skills. As long as you level up endurance and strength every time, I don't really notice the leveling problem. If your getting to weak, the easiest fix is to enchant your gear with +strength or +endurance.

Since I play a custom ...
