Get your char to attack it, make sure you do at least 1 damage, then go watch a movie

Edit: Oh yeah, they are immune to all elemental damages as well

Spoiler:

The Chest in Helm's Hold's Prison (near the Zombie Lord in the far north (the one w/ the Deadly Fire trap on it)), cannot be bashed. I believe it's 40/+2 physical, immune to all elemental, and 100 % immune to slashing and piercing. It's not likely to get a +3 mace type ...

I don't know. If you look at the scripts put on the chest, usually the on_death event and the on_use event are the same, which means what you kill gets you the same thing. But I don't know how the inventory thing works, since when I put something in a Monster's inventory and kill it, the item doesn ...

If you look at the Haste spell, It gives you +4 AC, Faster movement, +1 attack, and 50% quicker spells, that explain the +4 AC

Ok, here is my opinion. If you don't get hit, all the difficulties are the same.

How does this happen? (spoiler)

Ok, In the Troll caves in C2, my Druid/Monk with 34 AC was hit by an ogre who rolled a 15 (bringing his totally roll to 27). Not only that, he also did 44 damage to me (not a critical hit, since he rolled a 15) even when I had my Great Brawler's Belt on (which means he hit for 66 damage). Have ...

Staff of the Magi is a rather weak item that simply let you cast a lot of different spells:

Req lv 18
50 charges
Cast Spell: Dispel Magic (5) 1 Charge/Use
Cast Spell: Fireball (10) 2 Charges/Use
Cast Spell: Ice Storm (9) 2 Charges/Use
Cast Spell: Invisibility (3) 1 Charge/Use
Cast Spell: Light (1 ...

One more annoy thing: All the freaking doors that you can't open, I guess the developers really enjoy messing with the player's minds.

Yup, Monk counts as Outsiders at lv 20, I believe Turning bypasses everything. It doesn't really count as a Mind-Effecting spell or ability. With enough Charisma modifiers, Clerics gets to turn Slaads, Balors, Liches, you name it.

Best Dueling Class (maybe spoiler?)

Which is the best dueling class (in your opinion of course), and why?

Mine vote goes to:

Clerics!
Best damage spell, best healing spell, good armour and weapon. Anyone who played thru the game w/ a Cleric knows how insanely powerful a cleric is.

Now I am trying out Cleric, the most unbalanced class in the entire game. You get Searing light (no save), and later Blade barrier (Maxed for 120 damage), and Word of faith that stuns anything. Finally, Harm. (if you seen Linu use it, then you know how powerful this thing is). Cleric is also the ...

You can only have 3 class. The problem with this class is that it can't really use heavy armour. Monk lose their bonus w/armour, and sorcs gets 50% arcane failure. It can be a pain to decide which class to advance further. Paladin/Fighter w/o good armour = dead man.

Here is another fun class ...

Ok, dude. I don't want to disappoint you, but the core of Neverwinter is not the Single Player. It's the toolset that comes with it. It extremely flexible, and somewhat Multiplayer oriented. You can also download one of the thousands of player-created modules out there. (some are really good) To me ...
