Thanks for pointing out, but King's Bounty has a moronic combat system IMO. (Unit stacks are a very poor mechanic.)

That a game isn't your cup of tea is fine, but saying KB has a moronic combat system is plain stupid. There is nothing wrong with that mechanic. HoMM use it also, of which the ...

You can do the first 3 quests from Eydis. The code book is the 4th. If you happen to be a thieves guild member already before joining the fighter's guild, then only do those 3 and then perform some thieves guild tasks. Raise your rank until you're able to talk to jim stacey, although stacey has also ...

Well, the mainquest starts already after you have handled your papers over at the captain in Seyda Neen. That package you received for a certain caius cosades in balmora is the start of the mainquest. You will need what to do after you have delivered the package. I would think that is pretty clear ...

The spell is available from several people and not only from imperial cult or tribunal temple. J'rasha over in Vivec sells it and some telvanni will sell it too. And there are potions or you can brew it yourself (mix muck ...

It's also not a clever idea to steal the gems from galbedir. There are also other ways to make money and sooner or later you will have enough of it.
Yep, it's not a bug. You have to place the fake gem in the desk of galbedir and not on top of it. open the desk, select gem and place it. Then go back ...

I was playing Skyrim yesterday and actually went to look up Bioware. Now I see they are part of EA and were involved in Dragon's Age, etc. Shows how much I paid attention to those games beyond the EA part.

I really miss Bioware doing their own stuff. NWN, IWD, BG...classics. Really would like a ...

Tes3Mod:Morrowind Patch Project - UESPWiki
The Morrowind Patch Project is the unofficial patch to Morowind. MCP is actually more an expansion to that.
Mash isn't needed if you don't plan to use mods.
But before using the unofficial ones be sure to have your game ...

Doesn't matter. If you can survive as mage at Red Mountain, then Mournhold and Solstheim wouldn't be a problem. It's not gonna be different in Tribunal and Bloodmoon, not in gameplay that is. There are new enemies, like spriggans, durzog's and so on. But the mechanics remains the same. You don't ...

Yep, it is a bug in the vanilla game. If you sell a piece of armor to a merchant, then they start to wear it. Luckily some modders have made a patch for this.

Alpha Centauri isn't a civ game

That's just being ultra-pedantic on the verge of being wrong. The main factor about Alpha Centauri which makes it different from the regular Civ games is the way it actually got closer to a proper role-playing experience and not just exclusively a strategy game ...
