just installed the game and when i run it the monitor turns black saing over frequency H:65.8 kHz Y:15.6 Hz. I tried runing the game in safe mode and...

thats right i cant get to the menu with start new game load game.................i tried it at 75 Hz refresh rate then 85 then 100 same effect....
