Actually, the Handmaiden says that Atris says that Bao-Dur is the key to saving Telos . She is refering to his high knowledge of shield technology...

If you look on the GameBanshee weapon list, it sais that you can get the solari crystal. I can't find the solari , ultima-pearl, kaiburr, or silver....
