Walkthrough
If you joined the attackers...
If you picked the Basilica of Lost Hope as your first destination, then you'll encounter some of Kelemvor's forces here, including the Voice of Kelemvor. Defeating them will net you 2000 experience points, and you'll find a
Doldrum plus some basic +5 equipment on the Voice's corpse.
If the Basilica wasn't your first destination, then you'll encounter a group of demons and devils here. They won't drop anything, but you'll still receive 2000 experience points for defeating them.
Note: You might need to talk to Zoab to complete the battle.
If you joined the defenders...
If you picked the Basilica of Lost Hope as your first destination, then you'll find Zoab and some half-celestials here preparing to attack the Voice of Kelemvor. After talking to you for a bit, they'll charge at the Voice. You can let them duke it out if you want, and if the Voice dies then he'll drop a
Doldrum plus some basic +5 equipment.
If the Basilica wasn't your first destination, then the battle will go about the same, except that the Voice won't be there and Zoab will have converted a few militia members to his side.
Regardless, once you've defeated Zoab and his forces, you'll receive 2000 experience points, and you'll find
Bracers of the Inner Planes, a
Ring of Divine Power (5), and an
Amulet of Will +8 on Zoab's corpse. You won't receive any sort of bonus for keeping the Voice alive.

Inside the sarcophagus you'll find the
Cat Queen's Claws.
