In the second half of his interview with Matt Barton, OtherSide Entertainment's Paul Neurath discussed some of the milestones of his career, including Ultima Underworld, System Shock, and the seminal first-person stealth title Thief. Barton calls Neurath a "risk taker" and I'm inclined to agree with his assessment of the designer:
