Background

While exploring the Soul Cairn, you'll meet the soul of a man named Jiub (#11) -- or Saint Jiub, or Jiub the Eradicator, take your pick. He'll ask you to find ten missing pages from the first volume of his opus. Agreeing to this request will trigger the quest.


Walkthrough

You'll find the ten pages (#1-10) scattered around the Soul Cairn. You won't have to do anything special to get them, other than kill some bonemen / mistmen / wrathmen. When you deliver the pages to Jiub, he'll reward you with a "pristine copy" of Saint Jiub's Opus, and he'll also give you the Locket of Saint Jiub.


1 - Page One

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 1) sitting out on a stone block in the viewing area of the wall here.


2 - Page Two

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 2) on the ground next to a chest inside the structure here.


3 - Page Three

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 3) on the floor next the chest at the top of the tower here. The chest will be guarded by a draining crystal, which will continuously drain your health, so you should take the page and leave the tower as quickly as possible.


4 - Page Four

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 4) on the ground next to a chest on the upper level of the structure here. A mistman will attack you when you get close to the chest. Be sure to lure the mistman away from the chest, or else it might leave its remains on top of the page, making it difficult to pick up.


5 - Page Five

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 5) on the ground next to a soul "fountain" on the low platform here.


6 - Page Six

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 6) on the floor next to a chest in the building here. A boneman will attack you when you get close to the chest. Be sure to lure the boneman away from the chest, or else it might leave its remains on top of the page, making it difficult to pick up.


7 - Page Seven

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 7) on the ground next to a pedestal on the raised platform here.


8 - Page Eight

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 8) on the ground next to a chest in the mausoleum-like building here. To enter the mausoleum, you'll need to shoot an arrow or a spell through the blue balls of light flanking the entrance. Conveniently, you'll find a Hunting Bow and some Iron Arrows next to the steps leading to the entrance.


9 - Page Nine

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 9) on the ground next the chest at the top of the structure here (you'll have to use a round "soul portal" to reach the top). The chest will be guarded by a draining crystal, which will continuously drain your health, so you should take the page and leave the structure as quickly as possible.

You'll find Jiub's Opus (Page 10) on the barrel here, next to Morven Stroud and his cart.
