Details: When you first enter the Hive, you will hear the voice of the Defiler and instantly obtain the quest. Make your way to the fourth level of the Hive and find the Defiler, a grotesque bug-like creature. Slay him and he will drop the Cathedral Map, which is used to obtain the Grave Matters quest from Gillian in Tristram.
