As the encounter name implies, you'll meet a merchant here. The merchant will have a nice assortment of goods: a PPK12 gauss pistol, a 7.62 FN fal, an H&K CAWS, four dynamite spears, and a few books. If you have a capable thief with you, then you can also rob the raiders who are guarding the merchant. On most of them you'll find a pancor jackhammers and some 12 gauge shotgun ammunition.
