This is an easy question for anyone. When I download a patch from the internet, do I have to do anything with it? Will it automatically fix everything or do I have to do something else?

I strongly agree with you on Terry Brooks. He is one of the best fantasy writers out there. The Shannara series was phenomenal. However, you cannot have a post like this with out mentioning J.R.R. Tolkien. I think he was an ispiration to a lot of the fantasy writers today.

Yes. I think it might be cool to meet some NPC's. That way maybe it might add a little emotion to part II. I don't know, what do you think?

Thank you. Is Baldurs Gate worth putting part II aside for now, or should I just keep going? I am about 42 game days into it.

I only own Baldurs Gate II. What are the previous games before this, and in what order did they come out. Also, can you create a character in Baldurs Gate and take him thru each game until Baldurs Gate II? Any response would be appreciated.

Do you have enough memory on your hard drive? This happend a month ago to me. I was playing as usual and then everything goes black and I get a message saying that I have insufficient space on my hard drive.

I talked to Tolgerias before I got Valygar. Told him I would kill Valygar. Went back and said I changed my mind. Did the Planar Sphere and killed Tolgerias. Planar is now my stronghold. Yes the planar sphere is done, I still have my apprentices working on their second project.

I am getting Korgan telling me to take care of some "ranger pup that the wizard hired me for". Is it possible he is talking about Valygar? I chose the good route with Valygar (I'm a mage), and had him in my party til I picked up Keldorn. Now that he is gone, Korgan is spouting up. Is this right ...

I do not have the the bonus merchants. Is there any other way to get shield of Baldarun? Or Robe of Vecna(?) for that matter?

Don't kill Madulf! I have never done the ranger quest, but he is needed to get some cool stuff. Be friendly with him, and he will be cool for your group.
