I have the same problem. I am unsure of who to use in ToB. My team in SoA consists of:

Cavalier (me)
Minsc
Cernd
Viconia
Aerie
Jan

Well, I guess I'll try it this weekend. Store some stuff there and see what happens. I'm in SoA, near the end, but want to clean up all the quests before I go to ToB. In theory it should work, since they still use the same map... hopefully that is.

I on the other hand, can't live without Jan, if I am not a theif. A great theif, and his backstabbing actually grows with time.

BTW, HD is almost always overlooked, because he is a blade not a bard. Most people see him fighting in the front line ...

If you are still doing SoA w/ ToB installed and move your items to the Watcher's Keep first floor for storage. Will they still be there when you move from SoA to ToB, or will they just disappear?

Since the Watcher's keep is viewable on both maps, I am assuming that what ever you leave there should ...

I haven't tried this, but a sactuary spell on a person should work. They are virtually invisible to the enemy.
