Reading the ragged note

When doing the Terjon's artefact quest, I also found a ragged note written to him. Is there any way I can read it?

Thanks. The "underworld reputation" is a good idea. I just wonder if it might be possible to do without it just by making e.g. thieves and certain merchants ignore your external reputation, as long as you're not on Faerun's "10 most wanted" list. However, I did just think of another score I'd like ...

Ever since BG1, I've thought that the game really needs TWO reputation scores, an internal and an external reputation. External reputation is what people think of you, and it's only affected by things that are "in the public domain" so to speak; that is what determines how people react to you and ...

If my memory serves, at an absurdly high level (I don't think it was quite 30, but close) my Anomen still had a THAC0 greater than zero.

And if you ask me, this is how it should be. THAC0's should have different caps for different classes, or ultra-high-level fighters lose a lot of the little ...

Toughest fight in ToB for me was the last final seal party in Watcher's Keep. Heck, getting only three party members killed in the battle seemed like a *great* result for me...

Runner-up has to be the 3rd battle with Melissan (at least for someone like me who wasn't prepared for a series of fairly ...

Sorry for the double... dual-classing Valygar to a thief (if it's possible -- I don't have my manuals or the game at hand now) might create some redundancy, since he's already got some thief abilities as a stalker.

Um, could you dual Valygar to a thief? He's got 18 dexterity and 17 strength, if I'm not mistaken.

Let's not forget that Nalia is stuck at level 5 and Imoen at level 7 as a thief. In the SoA (and especially ToB) universe, a level 5-7 character probably wouldn't cut it as a barmaid.

The game does have a shortage of good thief NPCs. Of the three you can keep throughout the game -- Nalia, Imoen, and Jan -- only Jan advances in levels as a thief. I've never dragged him along through an entire game, so I don't know how powerful he'll get, but I suspect that the only way to get a ...

You need +4 or better weapons to hurt him, and if my memory serves, he's got some sort of partial immunity that cuts down on the amount of damage you do per hit.

He actually doesn't have an incredible number of hit points, but his special abilities are NASTY. But he is evil, so what's a poor ...

For me, it's Keldorn all the way. First of all, he's a mage-killer of the highest order, and uber-mages are always the ones which cause me the most trouble. I like his personality as well; he reminds me a lot of my grandfather -- they even look a bit similar!

If you take the kiss from the succubus you can get through the room? I thought a succubus kiss was supposed to be lethal (which is why I chopped them to bits).

Yoshimo dies, and even though you can redeem his soul, you can't bring him back. Not even for ToB.

Thanks. I *knew* there was something wrong with the magic missiles, since I think they gave me the "spell ineffective" message instead of "magic resistance" message (Melissan's MR should've been at 10% tops after 3 lower resistances, anyway). I'll have to start dropping the heavy stuff on her when I ...
