I'm pretty sure higher enchant skill allows you to put more stuff into an item; so maybe you need to uberly fortify both enchant and intelligence. I don't remember if there's a 'fortify enchant' spell, though.

It would be really cool, even though I'm not sure it would be possible, if you could choose to wage war on one of the other houses or the Empire.

I was looking on uesp on a unique item list and discovered that apparently there's a Helm of Holy Fire that only appears in rare random loot. So, has anyone found this? And, although I know it's technically random, where did you find it?

I think you would have to make the resistance within 1 ft. or 0 if possible of self, and the damage a larager radius.

For security, you might make a huge maze; with tons of locked doors, chests, etc. Possibly the end reward being an uber-pick, with unlimited uses; althought that might be too overpowered.

For weapons of any sort, you might have a boss gaurding/wielding a powerful weapon of that sort, probably ...

I'm having the same problem. I've done Imp. Legion quests (up to finishing Ald-ruhn) and Mages guild quests (up to 2nd Skink quest). If anyone knows what caused this and/or an actual solution, it would be appreciated.
