It's perfectly possible to complete the game without significant use of Force powers; the only ones that are really any use if you are playing as a saber-weilding melee Jedi are the Speed ones, and possibly Heal if you're LS (though you can get other characters to do this later in the game if ...

You don't get the XP later; T3, like all the characters, starts at a set level and amount of XP when you get him. Anyway, no XP can be gained (in practical terms) ANY time the main character isn't in the party, including the Sith tomb mission.

That does seem to be odd. Atton is normally level three when he joins; I usually leave him there, not leveling him up until

I am able to turn him into a Jedi
after I reach level 15.

If you get a high (90 per cent I think) INF with the droid GOTO gives you and then explore all the dialogue options, you will find out all about GOTO, as well as being explicitly told what happened to the first droid which disappeared on Telos. Most generic 'evil killings of innocents' which give ...

Walkthroughs suggest that you get a random item based on your level. It's possible the game gets confused if you are as high as level 44, though, because that's higher than you can get 'naturally' (without exploits, bugs etc). Maybe it was never thouroughly tested at those high levels?

The only time I ever had a problem with cheating was when I used the SGE to change my PCs appearance to that of a NPC. That causes the game to crash if the PC has to dance for the Hutt (I presume it's something to do with the bikini costume). But there were no other repercussions; I could reload the ...

There's a bug which is triggered if you choose the LS response when you first enter the polar base and are challenged to lay down your weapons. If you agree to surrender them first time, your friends do not end up in the cells you have to rescue them from, and hence your game can proceed no further ...

Lightsaber proficiency should come automatically when you become a Jedi. If it doesn't, you're bugged. You could use the Save Game Editor to add it (not really cheating since you only lack it because of a bug). Another option is to go back to the last save before you became a Jedi and try again! Or ...

To be honest, I don't think Team Gizka's mod is something any of us should still imagine is going to happen.

It's a shame after all the work they've done, but they don't seem to be advancing any, and as the months go by and more and more people have Vista (which I believe makes KOTOR2 unusable ...

Reading this thread has actually greatly changed my opinion of the ending. I always thought it was rubbish, possibly because first time through I played DS and tended to end conversations as soon as they began by telling the person to shut up...DS 'I don't care about other people and what they have ...

The damage your main-hand saber does isn't affected by the presence of another saber (unless that second saber has a Yourname crystal in it which increases strength).

What is affected is the chance to hit with that saber, which will be lowered. How much it is lowered depends on the Feat which ...

But then how do I get her to become a (dark) jedi? As this does happen with all my saves, loading an earlier one doesn't help. Is there perhaps another way?

Nope, that's the only way to Jedify her. You must be really unlucky for it to happen with all saves; I've never had it more ...

I'm pretty sure that the Traya you face at the end is not in fact affected in any way by (spoiler) how you develop Kreia in the game in terms of feats, powers. Although she's nominally the same person, in fact her attributes and abilities in the final battle against Traya seem to be the same no ...

Questions about rewards for getting/losing influence

These questions realte to the 'rewards' you get for influence.

1) I know you can Jedify the relevent NPCs with very low INF as well as very high. Can one unlock the rewards from other characters by getting very low INF, particularly HK, GOTO, Kreia, T3 and Visas( who have some very nice rewards ...

To be honest, I'd say ANY ranged weapon NPC is useless. Ranged weapons, even with upgrades, are way inferior to melee weapons or Force powers IMHO. This applies to all the droids. Another problem with droids is that their armour is usally nowhere near as good as human armour, particularly because it ...

Miles11: one of the many bugs with the triggering on Naa Shaddaa is that while the Red Eclipse SHOULD trigger at the same time as the invitation to the Jekk Jekk, in a small proportion of games they trigger seperately. This is not a major problem. Continue getting notived by the Exchange as per ...

yea atton is always easy. however no matter what side you are bao-dur is hard.

I have always found Bao-Dur one of the easiest, perhaps because you get him quite early and have an awful lot of opportunities throughout the game to gain INF (I can think of about 12 off the top of my head). The only ...
