hey, i just got vampire the masquerade bloodlines and have gotten to the end of the first quest.
I'm in a building that i have to blow up, I'm tremere but I'm finding it really hard to kill these suckers off. any hints?

how so? are you doing Hand 2 Hand? using weapons? i walked through it 100% of ...

i have played malk the first time i tried the game, but i must of been blind i didnt notice anything to do with the sisters lol

So, now about the bug. Whenever I use 'ALT' to feed, camera angle changes - I see my char from the left side - and it stucks! I tried to reload - nothing, I pressed every button on my keyboard and it doesn't help. It only helps if I quit the game and then run it again.

in v36 it was.. dont know why its not in the v56 though.. :/ dont worry about it though i got it via console

thats whats so strange i did it the "official" way (being nice to whats his face on the phone after you've rescued the other nosey) with the + patch and nothing.. will try the + patch again

edit: just did the v56+ patch again and nothing :/

I believe that the patch moves some items around. I think the item you're referring to is called "Galdjum," which increases the duration of your disciplines by 25%.

I wasn't able to find it during my first playthrough as a Nosferatu, but yesterday, I got it on my second playthrough from a chest ...

have i missed something? im using patch v56 atm.. i just got my nosey haven, and im sure there's supposed to be an item (cant remember the name) that doubles the obsc/invisiblity timer? but it doesnt seem to be there?

if its a bug whats the command to add it for my nosey?

excuse the odd question? but why? a new bloodlines? higher resolution? better FPS? because the pics i saw it looks more or less exactly the same.

The lifts in Bloodlines were always buggy and I can't do anything about them.



Did you update an earlier saved game or switched from basic to plus patch?

1st basic then added the plus extras, then started a new game w/gangrel and nosferatu as these were the only two i havnt done the game with ...

just curious.. im most of the way thought v5.6 patch'd version and i got the following bugs :/

downtown haven.. cant properly select the lift buttons usually it allway seems to point to "5" and i'd have to move away from the lift before it changes.

and i got bertrim's? email for the CD/Disk ...

I am not getting the option for lock picking actions. The same is with the similar looking gate on the right side. Did I miss to pick up a key somewhere?

How did you finally get in?

wesp i have a question.. as i've not patched up since v34 as it worked for me ok.. i got the new v56 installer version..

so whats the difference with the basic/+ versions

ok thanks will look them up, having completed the game with all default clans (using one of your older brilliant patches ) except nosey i need something to bring me back to the game heh.

i came across the below url a few days ago, i was wondering do these clan packs work ok for the game? do they actually add extra starting chars? etc etc..
