When jaheria is taken 'hostage' and you 'mess up' and she calls you an idiot and says "do you know how easy i could have been killed" and all that does that end your romance? is there any way to put it back on with shadow-keeper?

is there any way to fix it?

i sent my stalker in alone to face the daystar lich (with the daystar sword that yoshimo stole). after casting sunray and whacking his undead arse, i was rewarded no xp. is this because i stole daystar or killed him with it or something?

To clear things up on what spells are best, i do plan to use a party. i hope that helps

what major differences besides the hp rolls exsist between core and "normal" difficulty?

Just some questions:
1. is a mage or sorc better (spell variety and memorization wise)?
2. specialist mage advantages worth it?
3. What are some good spells (especially needed for sorc)
4. do MR monsters in ToB make magic less of an offensive force and more defense-oriented?

high dex + dex boosting items + armor with a -1 or -2 ac + other things (ring of gaxx, weapons with ac bonus, magic rings/amulets and such)= really low ac

you can start a new player in bg2!

1. will I be dualing in bg1 or bg2? Can I even dual in bg1? I’m assuming the game will prompt me to dual when it becomes available? Can someone confirm this as I haven’t seen any greyed out selection to dual in bg1.

ToB doesnt remove the XP cap it just raises it to 8 million for the whole game so you can go past 2950000 in SoA

when you drop jaheria when there is a possible romance and she says "things wont be the same" or whatever, does that mean the romance is over? what about aerie? can you drop her romance penalty free?

in ToB, when you use a six member party, do your characters still achive the max level? I dont want to be ending bgII with a level 22 stalker and mid-level party members (its just not as cool)

since druids level up so fast in the first half of SoA, couldnt you just take a figher up to 1.25 mil and then dual to druid? you'd still get the spells and such but you could get a sweet kit like kensi with druid spells and shapeshift. youd have to play with a weak pc for a while, but if your not ...

is the stalker a good kit in Tob? it seems to serve me fine in SoA but with higher lvl enemies does the limitation to studded leather make it less powerful?

i am thinking about playing the bard kit blade in SoA, and i am just wondering if the blade (or any bard for that matter)is powerful in ToB. Also, how high of level spells can the bards cast in ToB? i know they get to 6th in SoA (tensors trans=good fighter?)

crassus, a multi class cleric/ranger would be able to use full plate right? it seems to me that the low number of multiclass pcs (at least of people that post in this forum) would indicate that they are weaker than dual class charcters. is this true?

is the stalker a good ranger kit or is it worth going straight class ranger? what about the archer. seem powerful, but i dont know how many good bows there are.
