Consular is one of the easiest classes to pull off if done correctly. That being said, it is hard to know exactly what correctly means. Playing as a Scoundrel can net you some sneak attack damage, but that extra damage means nothing if you can't actually hit your opponent. And that low VP will kill ...

Blaster Build
So I re-installed my computer version of KotOR finally. Well, i started playing as a Dark Side Scout/Consular 5/15 and it was very fun to hold everyone with Force Kill while frying the room with lightning. But now that I finished my second Star Map I went to Yavin to see what changed. I saw these ...

Consular/Weapon Master. Dual Weapons, STR based, Critical Strike feats. That should bring back your dormant knowledge. ;-)
Yeah, you were right, that did awaken my dormant knowledge. Now I'm off to correct everyone else's idea about how to make a character. Now that I think about it, I'll play as ...

It depends on what you consider to be "perfect". If by perfect you mean dishing out the most damage then you would go Darkside. If perfect meant being able to take as many hits as possible before going down then you would go Lightside. Or if you wanted to be able to dish out without being hit once ...

Haven't played in a While...
I haven't played for a while... Too busy with real life and starting this up again and going to summer school. But now I want to play again and yet I don't remember how to build a good Force user/Weapon build. Something in-between.

Btw, this doesn't allow you to do the DANCE again - it allows you to put the juice into the bowl as though Vogga is still asleep thus being able to sneak through the door to nick his lightsaber et al.
@didn't-work voter - is that what didn't work for you or had you expected the dance to be 'reset ...

This is something I've wanted to know for a while too. I remember doing it once a long time ago (on my first playthrough a couple of years ago) but I don't remember exactly how to do it. The droids attack you no matter what but it says that you need a stealth device to get through... doesn't make ...

Do you want a balanced build or one that pwns all hands down?
For the first, go Soldier 7/Sentinel 13. Two weapons fighting (obviously), Master power attack, Force Speed, Stasis Field/Insanity and make sure to use dexterity enhancing equipment. If you do, you're defense will be amazing and you are ...

I am one of the minority that actually enjoys Peragus. It probably doesn't make sense to anyone else, but Peragus is the place where the rising action starts to unfold. You wake up in the facility, cold and alone when you look into a computer system and open the door to the morgue. There you find ...

Seraph of Light or Avarice Guardian of Darkness?
Pretty straightforward. Light side, dark side, or neutral?
I have to say that I prefer the dark side of the Force for the sheer power and ferocity
But in truth I like playing through as neutral sometimes so that I have access to more options. And it is kind of fun to use Force Lightning ...

There you couldn't be more wrong. TSL rocks. I just don't like the way it depicts Revan as having a deeper motive when in the first gamer which sets a base for everything, Revan's motive was simply for power. Not just is that understandable, but it fits in with the game and the events preceding it ...

Everything you wrote here revolves around one thing: Kotor 2: TSL. TSL completely f***** up Revan's story. In Kotor 1 he had a motive that was understandable and his goal was good.
Than TSL comes along and adds that Revan might have had some deeper purpose to his conquering of the Republic.
Bull ...

Revan Innocent or Guilty?
I know that I generally don't start threads here, but I might as well give things a little twist for once :P
