well, this is probably not the best place to ask this, but its kinda related to the problem...when i try to update the drivers, it says that the video card has not been tested by Windows and doesn't update it, even though the update is for that video card...

nope...the patch didnt help

i have this problem with getting this game to work on my pc.
When i start the game it says "Arcanum loading" and has this picture of a train with it, and then after about a minute it just crashes onto the desktop. Anyone had this kinda problem before?

yeah, i'm having the same problem, only i need a savegame for catacombs-lower keep...i tried everything but nothing worked...

spoiler I found this greatsword in the fire giant dungeon(chapter 3), after defeating the red dragon in the end (in his back room)

I know watcha saying about single player, i expected more of an RPG myself, but NWN more of hack an slash then RPG
But with the toolset overall the game is good

Thats a really cool cheese, but bioware will prolly fix it with a patch or something

I think u r right about easy, i just finished today(20th barbarian), and none of the last bosses(aribeth, morag etc.) impressed me, the only thing that was pretty hard is a fire giant caves and red dragon in the end, but all others were pretty lame...

oh, so its one level lower then u until 14, then they dont level up?

Btw, during fire giant quest my henchman died like 20 times, cuz he's just level 14 and i was 18, i wonder whats gonna happen to him in the 4th chapter...

i thought hencmen level up when u do, just a level lower, but when i reached 16th level, i noticed that my henchman stayed on 14, i'm in the beginning of chapter 4 now(19th level) and he's still on 14, is it suppose to be that way or maybe i'm missing something?

I already asked that question on this forum once, and u cant actually give them stuff(armour, weapons), and u cant look at their inventory either(u can give them healing potions that they will drink up instantly though), hopefully in bioware patch they'll let u look at their inventory.

I beat em at barbarian 8, did use different speed potions?gostly visage?etc

I think its grimgnaw's , but i'm not sure, cuz i found everything for every henchman in 1st chapter exept for him , so he didnt tell me in second chapter what he wanted. I found the hand too, but couldnt give it to him cuz of that

The only way i killed them was to get some levels before going there again(i played barbarian)

I'm in the beginning of ch. 3 right now and i havent seen anything better than +2 items(armour and weapons)(only the beginning of the chapter though), i believe, u'll get the best weapons by upgrading the ones u upgraded in the first chapter

As far as i remember BG was set in 1369, NWN is set in 1373, so its after Bhaal spawn thing.

In the sewers, when u need to restore the machine, i cant find the lever of stone.Where is it?
