question: if i used the exp cap remover and my characters are higher level than they should be with the current cap, when i import them to the expansion pack will their levels/abilities get messed up?

has happened to me before too, when i'm sure i didn't fight any item-stealing monsters. maybe just a bug? when yoshimo's sword disappeared on me i just used console to give it back to him

is there anyway to tell what time of day it is? (like morning, afternoon)

never mind...i just discovered the stat increasing books from bg1 are unusable in bg2...sorry

if i remember correctly there was an item in bg1 that increased your constitution by 1 permanently...like a tome or something...maybe you can use shadowkeeper or the console to summon a couple of them and fix your constitution?

i can't seem to find kamir the paladin or arenthis in the graveyard anywhere, in either chapter 2 or 3. looked for them during day, night, nothing. plz help.

finally after all the reloads and hair-pulling, something that works...thank god for this forum...one question...are there any other places in the game you can get protection from magic scrolls? didnt know they were so powerful

although the item description for the greenstone amulet i pickpocketed off my mordenkainen's sword says it uses charges, it appears if i simply equip it the "mind shield" icon appears on my character...does this mean that the amulet protects against mind spells just being equipped and without being ...

heh accidentally clicked pickpocket on one of my own characters and lo and behold i stole one of his items heh...never knew i could do that before...

you could just use the console to summon yourself another chunk

i think i just experienced another disappearing item bug...i just realized that yoshimo's sword is missing from his hand for some reason...rather than reload and replay several hours of gameplay i bit the bullet and just used shadowkeeper to give him his katana back...does anyone know if there's ...

hey radek...how do you have time to lead the uber-guild on bertoxxulous and still have time to play bg2? geez you are some kind of powergaming super man...how do you do everything and have time for work and family?

ok i'm still in chapter 2 trying to finish up every possible side-quest before moving on...i'm pretty sure my jaheira romance is still ok cuz i checked by seeing if i was able to get the locket from the merchant at the docks for jaheira and i was able, and also when i test-remove her from the party ...

i don't think so...i haven't been in a fight in a long time...i tried resting and it didn't change...also if i was hit by a ghast there would be a status icon on my portrait...there is none...

title is wrong what i meant is why did my thac0 *increase* from 8 up to 12 (in other words why did it get worse)

what the hell i just checked my information page and i saw that my base thaco is 12 now! it used to be 8 (with no magic buffs) i reloaded to a previous save and sure enough my base thcao ...

now someone tells me lol
