Does that mean you ALWAYS hit?

The explanation of the fighter's special ability, critial strike, says that "the attack roll made in the next round is a natural 20, a critical hit." Does that mean if I activate this ability, every attack I make in the next round will ALWAYS hit, plus it'll do double damage?
