only use "w"

this push symbol doesnt has an affect.just place ur charecter in front of the door.And push "w" direction key to the left of the door to move the barricade.ı got the same problem and tried to use "e" when i saw that symbol but doesnt happened something.

using computers

Use the computer in the server room then some guards will appear kill them and Barbarus would say " lets go that was the last of them" and he will going to crush the door himself.if he didnt say anything use the computer again he would say this thing again.I got the same problem ...

After u climbed the ladder jump to other side.Crouch through the pipe.after defeating some tzimisce summonings jump again and u would see barrels.Hold barrels and throw one of them to channel to stop the rotating blades.when it stops jump on the blades and crouch through the pipe u see above it.
