It's a known bug. The latest Bloodmoon patch fixes it. Do not apply Tribunal patches if you have Bloodmoon installed!!!

LOL! the ebony mail is the ebony cuirass time 100!!! the ebony mail is 333 armor with pretty much godly armor.... it gives resistance to everything
