When i'm trying to reinstall IWD2, at around 62%, the game prompts me for file chbb4 (dunno if it's exactly CHBB but something like that.) on Cd 0....

At any rate, to reiterate: to cast sorc spells at any given level, you need your charisma set to 10 + that level.
