Hi, I just selected this feat for my wizardess but I don't know where/how to use it in combat, could anyone help ?

for some unknown reason the movement rate of my barbarian has bee reduced to 5. this makes combat such a pain in the a$$. any ideas on whats going on...

The badges don't do anything other than maybe give you a sense of prestige. Just an award. Do with them as you like.
