Location:: You'll meet Ribsmasher in the Onyx Cave in the Sword Coast. If you can get to him, which will require you to kill several disciples of Shar, not to mention cast the Darkness spell on a door, then he'll offer to join you.
Equipment:: Ribsmasher will start out with Ribsmasher's Harness and Ribsmasher's Grips.
