Associated Skills
Dodge:
Further reduces the chance to be hit by physical attacks. Characters with high Dodge are less likely to be attacked than their teammates.
Ranged Combat:
Main component used to calculate the chance to hit with ranged weapons, including the Monofilament Whip cyberweapon.
