Also I've never found any reason to increase those skills past 1 single point, as it seems there aren't any penalties associated with off-hand weapons (it's only linked to the primary skills), and at level 5 they don't give any additional combo.

Hardest monsters are those damned Nymphs. They keep paralyzing you and then that gas *hell* it's boring, and they summon an army of monsters too.
Terrible and annoying.

Rock Chunnelers also are quite hard, mostly because they cast that buzzing insects spell wich prevents you from doing *anything ...

The feeling of emptiness of this game is truly ashaming. Everything seems so.. dull, and dated too. It looks like an *really* old fashioned game, like Eye of The Beholder, and even the whole multiclass system is borrowed from Wizards&Warriors so it's nothing new. At least there it worked, and people ...

The unholy knight is a blue floating idiot with a beard, a sword, a shield and a ton of hit points.
It's identycal to the Elven Elders/Spirits encountered during the Trial of Elders.

I also tought that a target shield = a larger ones but I was wrong. A shield bonus +X% resistance is applied when you parry a given spell type. For example I tried to fight a drake with a buckler, no matter how much time I press the parry button he fries me like a roasted chicken with both his ...

You should give the armor you found in the fathien's fortress to the elven king, and then ask him to make an alliance with Lord Davenmore. Then I think Okatta will open the gates.

I think you need to perform quests for that given guild to obtain higher level spells.
For example both Fargrove and Arindale's Celestial Temples only sold me lvl 1-4 spells, until I gained the rank of paladin at wich point the sold me many additional spells up to 9th level.

Marauder can't wear heavy armor, but if you take Paladin as the other 2nd tier class you can. And it's easy as the Paladin quest is quite near to Arinsdale, and it's just another monster-bashing thing.
You're not forced to take the Lord anyways, you can always choose as 3d tier, a class related to ...

Yes I noticed too that +Strike and +Parry do not work. Double checked also.
+X% Damage neither, and I've not noticed any difference with +10% Celestial Magic regarding Solar Ray damage, while a +1 to Celestial Magic skill usually results in a +1 Damage per hit

I've tried it, yes you can double wield and still use the shield. You can also use a 2handed weapon and a shield. You can *always* use a shield.
You can also use a heavy weapon and double wield a light weapon, but you need Medium Dual wield from what I've read so far. With light double wield it ...

He's a Barrowgrim soldier, those blue idiots with the grim shields you fought at the Fargrove Moongate near the magic shop earlier on. He's together with a small party of identycal soldiers (usually 3 or 4), maybe some mages I don't know, but he has a different name (Something Boarsomewhat, his name ...

Dual wielding and Shields

I was wondering if shield can be used with any and all weapon combinations.
I mean, I can still use a shield with a Heavy weapon, right?

Can I still use a shield while dual wielding two medium weapons?

Can I dual wield a heavy weapon and a medium weapon, provided I've the required "Medium Dual ...
