I am playing the enhanced version. Supposedly there is a peasant woman in the Murky Waters tavern that is willing to sleep with Geralt. I can't find her any place. I am near the end of the Chapter and am about ready to complete the final quest or two. I would like to complete this too, but it it is ...

I put on the mandrake roots early too and the Hunt did not show up. The wraths were tough and I used swallow and blizzard. It took me three tries to kill them all and I had to run around to heal up a little befor I took out the last one. It was a tougher fight than I thought it would be.

We really need a detailed how to on this. I was so intimadated by this it took me two months to even try it. And once I did it I really don't know how. I didn't use any potions and I was so rusty I had forgotten what the controls were to maneuver Geralt. I do have the game set ...

Your're not going to want to hear this, but I got past them on my thrid try. It was late at night, I was tired and I was having trouble in maneuvering Geralt.

Thank you. That is what I wanted to know. I don't really care for either side. I mean locking people in a crypt with ghouls is not nice. And I don't see theat the Order is much better.

Mechanicaly, how do you stay neutral? Is it in a later chapter? In Gold Rush there was no option to stay neutral.

I am at the Gold Rush quest in Chapter III. I know that I will have to pick a side and while there is no right or wrong side, is their any concensus as to the most satisfying side to pick?

the walkthrough suggests that you not place the items in the monoliths as you get them because it might break the quest. I have already placed two. Is this fatel? Can I continue or should I load an earlier save and start over from there?

Any practical use

So are axes, daggers and flailes of any practical use? I have an axe and dagger, but I never use them.

That's what worked for me too. I ran and she followed. In the demo I could fight them, but in the full game she kept getting killed until I ran.

Interesting

I had done the crypt quest and the oil was on it from that. So I guess it was all due to my brilliant swordsmanship! I think the thing is to just concentrate on the Beast.

Where do I find him?

At the start of Chapter the guards have taken most of your inventory. Do you ever get it back? I particularly miss the three meteor fragmants. Can I get them back?
