I kind of like Jaheira's Harper Quest. Those pesky Harpers pop up and pop off constantly. I particularly enjoy shutting their arrogant mouths for them.

I also like some of the Quests associated with Trademeet. It is kinda cool to have a statue made of you (if only they knew me better ...

I use the back room of the Seven Veils Inn in Waukeen's Promenaide. It is centrally located, you can rest there, the temple is just below you, the Adventurers Mart is down the stret, etc... Besides, it kinda feels like it is "my" room no matter what that fat wench thinks.

I played BG2 before I played BG1. I also bought BG1 before BG2 but it kept locking up so I quit after leaving Candlekeep. When I finally figured out how to change the settings to make it work, I was disappointed because BG2 is sooo much better.

Haer' Daelis.

He should be able to back up that ****y attitude, but he usually gets killed by the third round if I don't hide him behind Minsc (or Boo).

Started out to play the weakest party I could but finally got so sick of Haer' Daelis I booted him out. Currently I just came out of the Underdark with:

Halfling (female) Swashbuckler
Minsc and Boo (can't go without them)

I have had problems with lag every time I fight a dragon. I have also had that bothersome problem with movies. Apparently the game doesn't like the VIA Apollo chipset (133 FSB) and any version of DirectX (I've tried DX6, DX7, DX8).
