ive noted in several instances that there migth be a problem here

take edvin, once he got over lvl 10 he only got 1 hp...shouldnt he get 3 because...

In Icewind Dale you get your CON boni on high levels (gt 10 in general). BG2 is closer to the RPG D&D rules : No CON boni after lvl 10.
