Background

On the southeastern coast of An Skellig in The Skellige Isles Northeast, you'll discover a corpse holding a Cargo List (#1). Reading the list will trigger the quest.


Walkthrough

The Cargo List will indicate that a boat transporting "various treasures" sank off the coast to the southeast. If you head in that direction and dive underwater, then you'll discover a longboat with a treasure chest on board (#2). Looting the (random) chest will complete the quest.
