Ok, I tryed it out with a new character, all those stats at 0/0..., and the result was(from getting disqualifyed once)
Normal 15/5%
Laser 0/5%
Fire 0/0%
Plasma 0/5%
Explode 0/5%

As i remember, that is the bonus from the Prizefighter title.

Wakizashi Blade is found near NR, and the SCP can be gained from Al in NR(he is in the basement of New Reno Arms for those who dont know).

There is some stuff down there, a Bozzar, a Combat Armour, some ammo for various weapons, and i think there is a Plasma Pistol. Guarded by one robot.

Verry strange, thats the weapon(s) my character has, and shes at 11-20.

I find this a bit odd..
A normal onehanded lightsaber has a critical threat of 19-20.
If you add a Nextor crystal to it, then its 17-20.
Master Critical Hit gives a 20-20 weapon 17-20, that would mean a normal onehanded lightsaber has 16-20.
When i count on this, i get that a when using a Keen ...

Actually its only "Vics Radio" that can bee used, found in Vics house in Klamath...

The books that can be used are Guns and Bullets(smal guns), First Aid Book(really need a hint?), Dean Electrics(Repair), Big Book of Science(care to guess?) and Scouts Handbook(Outdoorsman).

True, it does say "... killed a lot of people ." But its really an evil karma title, i got it from slaughtering merchantguars, mostly guards annyway. I wanted to train with both Lo Pan and the Dragon in San Fran. So i killed for evil karma points, earning the tittle Berserker, then after training ...

I've gone from Berseker to Champion.... been to sierra, gotten the Int module(the biggest reason to get there)
