Yes, 'tis very hard to do so.

Chances are, they're stuck there forever. But quest items do not take up space, So don't worry about it.

1) In Elders Scroll III:Morrowind, you could Soul Trap spells on yourself such as Fortify Agility so it stayed at the fortified level. Have they made this impossible in Oblivion?, or do you just need to be a certain level?

What do you mean by sites? You mean locations [Ruins, Caves, Etc.] ?

And if you want to experience my problem, try doing the "Molag Bal" quest.

I'm not sure what you do exactly in this quest, but what I do know is that this guys wife is dead, you insult ...

Like things weren't already screwed up! I'm an argonian that can't breathe under water, and I'm not resistant to poison, So now I went and got magical fists you might say.

As far as I know you can kill them with ebony weapons too.

Yeah, and your certainly not going to get any good out of the merchants. What you could do is either buy or sell something to a merchant, and then late at night, sneak into their shop and pickpocket them and you should either find the money you just spent, or the item you sold. Idk which one.
