The MSV Worthington is a Kowloon class freighter adrift in the Ming system of the Gemini Sigma cluster. It is the ship you're looking for as part of the "UNC: Lost Freighter" assignment.
1 - Arrival
When you board the ship, one of your squad members will point out that the ship is almost entirely shut down with the exception of its basic lift support systems. Odd.
2 - Crate
The first of two lootable crates in the ship's entrance chamber.
3 - Crate
The second of two lootable crates in the ship's entrance chamber.
4 - Trapped Cargo Hold
All of the Fusion Containment Cells in the ship's cargo hold have been rigged to explode when someone comes within range. Tread carefully - the whole room is like a minefield.
5 - Malfunctioning Object
Search this container before searching the Worthington's other rooms.
6 - Medical Room
Listen to the doctor's log on the medical computer here to learn that a crew member named Jacob has been deprived of oxygen for too long and needs to be taken off life support. The doctor continues by stating that another crew member named Julia is suffering from severe depression over Jacob's condition and that he's given her some medication to help ease her pain.
There's also a life support machine in this room, though you won't be able to shut it down until you've figured out what exactly happened aboard this ship. Shutting it down doesn't actually earn you any Paragon or Renegade points as one might expect, though.
In any case, make sure you loot the Secure Storage Locker along the east wall before finishing up here in the medical room.
7 - Crew Quarters
Play the logs on the crew computer here to listen to a frantic Julia proclaiming that she won't let anyone shut off Jacob's life support. Apparently the stress has caused her biotic implant to flare up and make her crazy...
Don't forget to loot the storage locker while you're here.
8 - Cockpit Computer
According to captain's logs on this computer, a decision has been reached to disconnect Jacob's life support. However, Julia is not going to be told about the termination until after it occurs to keep her from any further anguish.
As fate would have it, the crew never gets a chance to shut off the life support. Julia enters the cockpit towards the end of the log and all you get to hear is the gurgling sounds of the captain being murdered.
9 - Julia
When all three logs have been listened to on the medical computer, crew computer, and cockpit computer, Julia will show up in this hallway and immediately attack your squad. You'll be forced to kill her, which will complete the "UNC: Lost Freighter" assignment.
