Introduction

We wrote this walkthrough using the retail release of the game.

The walkthrough is broken up by location. Different quests unlock at different times, and for each quest it is noted when it unlocks (usually following a main quest). Quests where no unlock is noted are available at any time when the area is available to you.

We put the longer and more complicated quests on their own pages, which you can access directly via the links in the right navbar. Shorter and simpler quests are covered on the overview pages or with the longer quest they directly relate to.

We've listed experience point rewards for each quest, but these rewards can change depending on your level and the number of companions in your party. So don't be surprised if your experience point rewards are slightly different than what we show in the walkthrough.

Breakable barrels and chests are not marked on the map, neither are barrels or tree stumps. However, craft chests are noted by $ markers, as they are exceedingly valuable, having a chance to contain rare and expensive crafting items like Goldlead, Diamond Dust and Steel. Other chests are marked seperately.

While most named NPCs can be pickpocketed, this walkthrough only provides notes as to what they're carrying if it is worth noting (such as magic or other valuable items).
