Answers to your questions, in order:

Unless you're playing an assassin, the 5x backstab he currently has will be as good as he gets.

Yes, you have to be hidden from sight. That can be done by Hide in Shadows or by any means to turn invisible (invisibility potions, invisibility ring, Ring of Gaxx ...

If you're gonna dual-class to a human druid, berserker is the only way to go.

If you're a "rookie" I'd recommend a berserker. Can't get much more straightforward.

For an evil character, give your assassin 13 levels, then dual him to fighter. He'll get his assassin powers back well before the SoA experience cap, and when he does, he'll kick so much butt.

For the dual-class button to light up, you must have a 15 or higher in the primary attribute(s) of your current class, and a 17 or higher in the primary attribute(s) of any class the character wishes to dual to. The classes available for dualling to depends not only on the attributes, but the ...

Are you running Windows XP? It's very picky about what video driver you have. Try upgrading your video driver.

3 archers? Wow, a bit overkill. I'd probably get bored with such a party...

One archer is good enough. I'd replace one of the archers with a stalker so that you have a backstabber and a great scout, and the other archer with an inquisitor.

Hmm:

1) Inquisitor
2) Archer
3) Stalker
4) Blade
5 ...

Missile weapons (bows, crossbows, darts, slings) aren't affected at all by any of those proficiencies.

Two-handed weapon style affects two-handed swords, spears, quarterstaffs, and halberds.

Sword-and-shield style is for added bonuses when wielding a one-handed melee weapon together with a shield ...

It really depends on what class you were and what class you want to be. I typically dual out fighters, rangers, and assassins at level 13. Fighters and rangers for the extra full attack and a good selection of special abilities, if any, and assassins for at least a 5x backstab and 4 uses of poison ...

Well, your party is already quite magic heavy to begin with, even without your, ahem, hacked PC. Imoen can bump her intelligence up to 18 at -SPOILER- the machine of Lum the Mad in Watcher's Keep -END SPOILER- and learn 9th level spells, plus her open lock and detect traps are already great. Jan's ...

Most Overrated Class

Well, pretty self-explanatory; which class gets more praise than it deserves?

Let's see, I tend to think the Undead Hunter quite overrated. I think it's actually the weakest paladin kit by far once levels start to rise.

Single-class assassin is quite overrated as well. Except for the awesome ...

An inquisitor is the best leader of a full party, IMO. His dispel magic and true sight are priceless, he has a cumpulsory high charisma, and since you'll assumably have a cleric along for the ride, his lack of Turn Undead, priest spells, and Lay on Hands won't matter.

As far as paladin kits go, I'd ...
