In some weapons there is a +2 or +3 behind it. For example the throwing axe +2 or arrow+2. Some weapons just have a name. How do i know it can hit...

I have been using a dual fighter2 -> mage successfully. It gives the mage a good bow and weapon with (++) skill. I wonder if there is any down side...

There's no down side to a low level dual class if all you want is a mage with a bit more ranged power and a few more HP. I would definitely go to lvl...
