How does the Ohm add 50% Enhanced Damage ? Does it calculate the addition based on the weapon's base damage, or does it use the weapon's total...

We are misunderstanding each other. The point with ethereal weapons is that it is multiplied separately from enhanced damage. An ohm rune is not....
