Background
Inside the
Dolorian Church of Humanity (#2), you'll spot a stained glass window showing Her Innocence Dolores Dei. If you pass a "medium" Encyclopedia check while examining it, then you'll learn more about Dolores Dei, including that she had an affinity for war games, and that she was often represented holding a tin soldier in her hands (this is a part of the "terrifying" dialogue branch). Afterwards, if stand next to the window while carrying
Figurine Set "Headless FALN Rider" (sold in the pawnshop, #3) or
Figurine Set "Revolutionary" (found in the board game
Wirral, which is sold in the bookstore in the
Doomed Commercial Area, #4), then a Reaction Speed thought orb will appear over your head. When you click on it, you'll decide to give Dolores Dei your figurines so you can "win her back."
Walkthrough
If you click on the stained glass window in the church again, then you'll realize that you can't give the figurines to Dolores Dei here because there isn't any way for her to accept them, since she's a window and all. This will leave you stumped for a way to complete the task, but be patient.
Near the end of the game, you'll sail to the
Island, where you'll find a
Flak Tower (#1). During the task
Rest in the Flak Tower, you'll meet Dolores Dei in a dream, and you'll be able to offer her the figurines while you're there. She won't accept them, but this will still complete the task and earn you 10 xp.
