Background

You'll trigger this task when you first talk to Kim in the Whirling-in-Rags (#1) and realize that you don't have your badge.


Walkthrough

To contact your precinct -- that is, the 41st precinct -- you'll need to head over to Kim's car outside (#2) and use its radio. Your fellow officers will be amused by your predicament, and they'll insult you left and right, but at least you won't lose any Morale or anything. You'll earn 30 xp for completing your report, and you'll trigger the task Track Down Your Badge.

Afterwards, you'll be asked about your gun. If you don't have it yet, then no matter what you say, you'll also trigger the task Track Down Your Gun.
