Walkthrough
This map is sort of cool because when you kill enemies they'll float away. But you'll have to be careful; you won't find any aid stations or manufactories out here, and so you'll have to rely on health packs. Fortunately, you'll find more than a few lying on the ground.
Silence
For this quest you'll need to disable five communication arrays (#1) to prevent the remaining Kerak from contacting their fleet. However, during the quest you'll learn that Jake has disappeared from
Medical Center Delta, and then after completing the quest you'll learn that
Medical Center Delta has come under attack again. Completing the quest will also net you 2 more skill points.
When you reach
Medical Center Delta (via Exit D), you'll find Jake there by himself -- with some shiny new cybernetic legs -- and you'll discover that he's joined up with Pilot. Jake will then ask you to "embrace" Pilot as well, and you'll have to make a decision. The campaign won't change very much regardless of what you choose here, but you might want to save your game first so you can try out both endings. Either way, you'll receive the "challenge" ability at the end of the conversation.
Extinguish
If you decided to join up with Jake and Pilot, then Pilot will inform you that the "obsoletes" have escaped and are trying to destroy the engines, and you'll need to go to
Ares Engine Control to stop them.
Liberation
If you refused Jake's offer to join up with Pilot, then Jake will run off, and you'll need to go to
Ares Engine Control to rescue your friends before Pilot can convert them into cybernetic warriors.
