Overview

Find a buried chest.
1 - House, Dwarf Zhdack
Speak with Zhdack in the house to begin the quest. He'll ask that you find the Necromancer and hold a seance. He's at #2.
2 - House of the Dwarven Necromancer, Baddyh
Have a chat with Baddyh and you'll learn that his wife hid the treasure in the ground behind the main castle, the Capital.
3 - Behind the Capital of Kordar
From the right side of the Capital, head through a small path that leads to an area behind it. When you see the glowing light, dig up the chest. Now return it to Zhdack for the reward!
