Pre-req: Breeding Evil Beholders
Simple fetch and return quest.
1 - Hut, Archon
Speak with Archon to receive his next quest. He'll ask that you find his talking bird and send it back. It is at #2. Note: have received info that another location for the bird might be near the southern dock in this area.
2 - Talking Bird
Simply talk to the bird and either of the dialogue options will lead to its return to the Archon. Report back to him for the reward.
