Overview

The plugens are spread around the ground near #2 with some along the north road as well. Look carefully.
1 - Castle
Speak with the King to get the quest.
2 - Recover the plugens and defeat the robber
The robber is at #2. Enemy heroes can and will sometimes use abilities and spells against you, so take this into account. Fortunately he is not tough. When their army is defeated, so too are they. The plugens are glowing rune-like items on the ground. When you pick up all 400 (check your hero to see how many you have) the quest will update and you can go back to the King for a reward and the next part of the main quest line.
