This part of the coast is rather deserted, but is nonetheless a pleasant spot. The grass is green, the sun is shinning, you hear the waves smashing on the rocks and the birds high in the sky. Now, if you could find a sirine to seduce you, it would be the perfect happiness, wouldn't it?


1- SHOAL THE NEREID:

Some kind of sirine who has been trapped on this land because Ogre-Droth holds her spirit captive. When you first speak to her, she offers to kiss you. If you accept, you die on the spot(don't speak to her with your PC). Then, you can attack her(don't kill her, though) and she'll come towards you and tell you that she's tired of this game. Offer her the chance to explain herself and she'll tell you about Ogre-Droth and she'll also raise your fallen comrade from death. Then, Ogre-Droth comes and you'll have to defend yourself. The fight is not too hard, despite him casting spells such as Improved Invisibility. You get 975 Exp. and the Helmet of Defense for killing him. Shoal thanks you and you get an extra 750 Exp.


2- MAD ARCAND:

Quest to bring him the Ring of Folly (INT 3, WIS 3) from the ship at location (3). Do not wear the ring as it is cursed. You get 300 Exp. and an Oil of Fiery Burning for doing so.


3- OLD PIRATE SHIP:

Contains the Ring of Folly Mad Arcand asked you to retrieve.


4- OGRES:

This is a big horde of ogres composed of: 1 Ogre, 2 Ogre Berserkers, 3 Ogrillons and 2 Half-Ogres. An easy fight for a medium level party.


5- THE SURGEON:

If you ask him to tell you about himself, he tells you that he has an evil brother named Davaeorn(whom you'll meet at the Cloakwood Mines) and that he was too weak hearted to kill him. As a result, Davaeorn has killed many peoples including their father. He then gives you a Potion of Magic Protection in case you ever have to fight his brother and he also heals your entire party.
