.308 Rounds, plus six
Pulse Grenades (in a box).

Tinted Reading Glasses (on the table by the bed), and the Eastern Reflector Control Terminal Password (on one of the desks and also in the footlocker).
4 - Fantastic
Fantastic is involved in the quest
That Lucky Old Sun. If you lie to Fantastic and tell him that you're there to replace him, and if you pass a Speech 25 check, then he'll pay you 100 caps. Fantastic can also give you the Western Reflector Control Terminal Password (for #6).

8 - Tent
You'll find an "easy" ammunition box in this tent.
9 - Terminal 2
This terminal is involved in the quest
That Lucky Old Sun. You'll encounter some hostile NCR guard dogs next to the terminal, but as long as you kill them out of sight of the NCR patrols, nobody will pay any attention to you. To use the terminal, you'll need to hack its "hard" security, or you'll need the Eastern Reflector Control Terminal Password (from #3 or #5).
10 - Office
Inside this office you'll have to deal with four
Frag Mines (two on the floor and two in a shelf), but you'll find the Turret Control System terminal on the far side of the room. If you can hack the terminal's "easy" security, then you'll be able to deactivate the turrets in the building. You'll also find an ammunition box in the office.

You'll discover a protectron security force here. They'll activate when you get close enough. You'll also find a first aid box in the room. If you can't unlock the "average" door in the office (#16), then you'll have to go through this room to reach the exit elevator (Exit E).
16 - Office
In this office you'll find two Poseidon Energy Employee ID Badges (on the floor). You might need one of them to start the PYTHON robot (#19).
17 - Mainframe
The mainframe is involved in the quest
