Creator Race Ruins |
1 - SUN DIALS
After using the Time Crystal on either one of these sun dials you will travel back to time and to a long past time just when the Creator Race was building this complex. Near each of these two locations you will also find a chest that contains another Time Crystal. By using the Time crystal on the sun dials again you will return back to the future.
2 - SLAVE WORKER
A slave worker here is in charge of creating the Guardian Golem that will guard the Ritual of Light room. He also has some information about the Creator Race. However you will have to equip one of the Translation amulets in order to understand the language. You can find several Amulets around the level so don't worry about getting one. After a chat with him, you will be able to convince him to install a flaw upon the Guardian Golem that will guard the Ritual of Light Room in the future thus making it vulnerable to weapons that can do the selected damage. You can choose between, fire, cold, blunt and slashing & piercing weapons that the Golem will be vulnerable to. If you cannot convince him you will have to speak with the leader of the Slaves Lokar at area #10. He will then give you Lokar's Ring and the slave workers will more willingly help you.
3 - RITUAL OF LIGHT ROOM
You can do nothing here at the moment but you will need to read the script called the Old One Defenses that explains how you can complete the ritual and access the inner sanctum of this complex. This information though is needed in the future time of the complex. The script can be found in a body just in the middle of this room but you will have to defeat a few lizardfolk first.
4 - OLD ONE LEADER
An old one leader commands a group of Old Ones here. Defeat them all and search the room for some ancient but strange items.
5 - SLAVE WORKER
Once again you will have to convince the worker here to bestow a flaw on the soon-to-be-created Guardian Golem that will protect the Sound Ritual room. (See also area #2).
6 - RITUAL OF SOUND ROOM
This will be the ritual of sound room and once again you will find the solution for the ritual to use when you return to the future. The sprite that flies around the room plays the correct tune using the gongs. You will need to do the same to complete the Ritual of Sound. You can keep notes if you like but you will also be able to figure out the correct order in the future after you free the sprite again.
7 - SLAVE WORKER
Do the same things you did with the other two slave workers at areas #2 and #5 to make the Guardian Golem for the Smoke Ritual also vulnerable so that you will be able to defeat in when you return to the future.
8 - RITUAL OF SMOKE ROOM
The ritual is not yet fully prepared for the smoke riddle and you can do nothing here. The solution for this ritual lies in the Easel that will be placed near the Apparacatus in the future time of the complex.
9 - TEMPLE DEFENSES
After destroying the Old One Invoker in this room he will drop another script that explains the temple defenses.
10 - LOKAR
Lokar is the leader of the slaves in this complex. Talk with him and he will give you lots of information concerning the Creator Race and the defenses of the temple. He will also give you Lokar's Ring. With the ring in your possessions the slaves around the temple will be more willing to help you than before. If you did not persuade the slave workers to bestow a flaw on the guardian golems you can do it now.
11 - VAULT ROOM
When you enter this area you will be attacked by an Old One Champion. Defeat it and search the containers for some random treasures and magic items. The altar here is supposed to hold the Word of Power in the future.
12 - EXIT TO THE GARDEN
Use the door exit to access the garden of the complex.

13 - MORAG & ULTARG SEED
In the garden of the past you will meet with Morag herself when she was young. You can actually talk with her at first and she will ask you several questions. However after a while she will understand that you are no slave and flee the place leaving behind a few Old One Warriors and an Old One Wizard to fight. Also don't forget to plan the Ultarg Seed Sapphira gave inside the Dirt and Weed under the rune markings.
