1 - EXIT TO BEGGARS NEXT
These two doors here will get you back to Beggar's Nest. Once you arrive here at the Sword Coast Boys Warehouse you should be ready to fight several undead as well.
2 - EXIT
The exit will get you down to another part of the Warehouse where you will find the Sword Coast Boys gang… or what's left of them.

3 - ZOMBIES
You are expected to fight several zombies around this area. From what you can guess these zombies were members of the Sword Coast Boys gang.
4 - TOUGH ZOMBIE
Another Zombie is guarding the room but unlike normal zombies he is way for difficult so proceed with caution.
5 - DRAWL
Drawl the leader of the Sword Coast Boys is located here "enjoying" his new form and power. He is now a powerful lich so be careful and prepared for a tough fight. Once you defeat him, he will drop a Dire Mace +1 and the electric barrier that is blocking the exit at area #6 will be lifted.
Walters, the missing Guard is also imprisoned here. Free him, and he will let you know of some details about his former gang and how they became corrupted. You will then be rewarded with 50 experience points.
6 - EXIT TO THE CRYPTS
Once the electric barrier is no more you can use this exit to get down to Beggar's Nest Crypts.
